Tourist services
1.1
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours will carry out the tour /
activity for the customer with reasonable skill & care
in a timely manner & in accordance with all consumer
safety & other applicable laws.
1.2
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours may at any time assign or
subcontract any part of their tour or services to another
party.
1.3
All tours are subject to minimum numbers. & may not
go ahead if the number is not confirmed.
1.4 Delays may be experienced because of inclement weather
among other reasons.
The customer agrees to make no claim & to indemnify
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours against any claim that might
be brought by or through the customer arising in respect
of any delay in delivery of the tour to the customer.
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours cannot guarantee completion
date / time of any tour.
1.5
The customer agrees to follow all directions given them
by Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours (unless such directions
are manifestly unreasonable or unlawful), co-operate with
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours & will not interfere with
or obstruct the proper performance of the tour. Brisbane
Hinterland 4wd Tours reserves the right to ask any customer
to leave the tour as a result of unacceptable or abusive
behavior or any compromise of their own or an other persons
safety.
1.6
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours do not hire vehicles.
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours can arrange if required the
booking/hire of a suitable vehicle at competitive rates
through another party.
1.7
Drivers are required to hold a current drivers license in
English or an international driving permit written in English.
1.8
Customers agree that four-wheel drive tag along tours are
challenging & adventurous & as a result recognize
& understand the inherent risks. Travel into remote
areas is a part of some tours & medical assistance may
not be always on hand. The customer authorizes Brisbane
Hinterland 4wd Tours & its representatives to arrange
the most appropriate form of medical assistance should a
situation arise. This assistance includes medical evacuation
if necessary & any cost involved in the said assistance
shall be born by the customer.
1.9
Where the services of a second party are used
(accommodation - meals - side excursions etc), Brisbane
Hinterland 4wd Tours will at all times endeavor to ensure
these services are delivered to an appropriate standard.
The customer agrees that Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours is
not responsible for the level of service provided by a second
party.
1.10
The customer agrees to be responsible for any expenses incurred
by the
Recovery or repair of the customer vehicle.
1.11
The customer may at any time leave or have a break from
the tour itinerary. Any
such departure will not result in a full or partial refund
unless prior arrangements have been made.
2.
Good faith & safety disclosure
2.1
The customer acknowledges that Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours
has an obligation to do all it reasonably can to protect
it's customers safety. The customer agrees to give the utmost
good faith disclosure to Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours about
anything that might assist Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours
to reduce or eliminate the risk or injury to the customer
or personnel of Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours
2.2
The customer agrees not to operate any vehicle that is unregistered
or not covered by comprehensive vehicle insurance &
that all drivers are in possession of a current drivers
license valid in Australia.

Warranty & indemnity
3.1
The customer herby indemnifies & forever holds harmless
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours against all possible claims
that might be brought by or through the customer which might
arise against Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours in connection
with any tour, whether as a result of alleged negligence
or not and to the maximum permissible by law.
4 Definitions
4.1
In this deed:
1.
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours means the business of that
name registered in Queensland and for the purposes of this
deed includes any employee or agent of Brisbane Hinterland
4wd Tours.
2.
The customer means the signatory to this deed.
3.
The tour means the services provided or to be provided to
the customer by Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours.
4.
Any ambiguity in this deed must not be construed to the
disadvantage of Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours merely because
Brisbane Hinterland 4wd Tours was responsible for the preparation
of this deed.
5.
If anything in this deed is unenforceable, illegal or void
then it is severed and the rest of this deed remains in
force.
6.
The laws of Queensland govern this deed and the parties
submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Queensland and the federal court of Australia.

A deposit of $250 is required to secure your booking.
Payment

to departure.
